Across mid-to-late 2025, 80x ran a series of venture-firm CRM migrations in parallel, surfaced through weekly standups, predominantly Affinity- and Notion-to-Attio moves, plus a Streak platform evaluation. Each engagement followed the same repeatable method: data-model design, notes and deal migration, and list restructuring, with Python scripts and CSV handling where the source data needed reshaping. A representative engagement migrated 1,000+ notes and 61 deals into Attio. Running several firms at once kept the migration playbook sharp and let 80x reuse tooling and object templates across engagements, shortening setup time for each new fund.
