A keg-logistics startup was moving off Zoho. On the call, 80x restructured its CRM into a company-based hierarchy, Active customers versus Prospects, with contacts nested under companies, and migrated the deal pipeline from Zoho's seven stages (deals sit under prospects until closed-won, then move to customers). 80x added a second sales-rep seat and set up targeted messaging that segments customers versus prospects and selects contacts by role, then walked the client through configuring custom deal statuses. The updated system was delivered within ~1-1.5 hours during the call.
