A compliance-sensitive hedge fund with a venture arm (a registered investment adviser) had run notes in Evernote since ~2017 alongside Affinity. 80x scoped a two-phase migration, Affinity to Attio, then Evernote to Attio using its hashtag/company-tag structure, covering 4,434 tags and 26,440 notes. By the January check-in the investment team was live on Attio, a clear improvement over the previous setup, and 80x was building a Spectre-API weekly sourcing digest (headcount monitoring, a top-10 ranked pipeline, lapsed-contact alerts) against a 313-company tracking list, plus an email-to-note automation.
