A cleantech accelerator needed a custom Attio CRM cleanly separated from a partner network's shared Airtable. 80x scoped a fixed-scope project: restructure the Attio data model with a clean CSV re-import (deals reserved exclusively for applications, companies as parent objects linking to cohort interactions), build reusable cohort list templates, automate application intake from Airtable into Attio on submission, and preserve historical interaction tracking. Terms were $200/hour for ~10 hours (~$2k). The accelerator's recruitment funnel runs ~400 outreach → 150 applications → 5 investments per cohort.
