In one line. 80x built a fresh Streak-to-Airtable migration and fundraising setup for a seed venture firm under a $2,000 SOW, a clean workspace built from current Streak data, deduplicated with a Claude-generated script, with a weekend-cutover change-management plan.

Client & context

A seed venture firm ran its day-to-day deal flow on Streak. The team wanted to move onto Airtable with a clean workspace built fresh from current Streak data, deal pipeline, fundraising setup, and the required entities, rather than layered on an older upload.

The problem

The fund needed a simple, obvious Airtable workspace built directly from live Streak data. The design brief put the deal pipeline on company records rather than a separate deals object, prioritizing an interface the team would actually use day to day.

What we built

  • A fresh Streak → Airtable migration: deal pipeline, fundraising setup, and required entities.
  • Priority LP and fundraising lists set up first.
  • Deduplication via a Claude-generated script.
  • A new workspace on the fund's own domain.
  • Change management: a weekend cutover, Notion documentation, tutorials and training for a Monday launch.

How we did it

The engagement was scoped as a $2,000 SOW for 10+ hours over roughly one to two weeks, with a weekend cutover to minimize disruption. A CSV export/import proved sufficient, no custom scripting was needed for the transfer itself, and deduplication was handled with a Claude-generated script. Priority LP and fundraising lists were set up first so the team's live raise had a home immediately.

Outcome

A fresh Airtable workspace was built from current Streak data, deal pipeline, fundraising setup and required entities in place, deduplicated via a Claude-generated script, with Notion documentation and training prepared for a weekend cutover.

Takeaway: A seed fund got a clean Airtable workspace built fresh from live Streak data, deal pipeline, fundraising setup and dedup, under a $2,000 SOW with a weekend-cutover launch plan.
